RFH Organ 50th Birthday Gala
Royal Festival Hall Gala concerto to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the organ. Program includes four organ concertos, played by Nicolas Kynaston, John Scott, Thomas Trotter and Gillian Weir, who brings the concert to its culmination with the dazzling Symphonie in D minor by Alexandre Guilmant. Orchestra is the famed London Philharmonic, conducted by David Hill. |
